When can I expect delivery of my order?

On the order confirmation that was sent to you when you placed your order we gave you the date that the order will be sent from Sweden (dispatch date). If you have not heard from us via e-mail after this confirmation, your order has been shipped on the date given in the confirmation.
The postal time from Sweden to your country (see below) should then added to the dispatch date to give an indication of when you can expect your order from Sweden. The estimated postal times that are given by the Swedish Post Office are as follows:
Within Europe: 2 - 5 days To USA: 3 - 7 days To the rest of the world: 1 - 2 weeks
These times are not exact and may sometimes be prolonged. This is unfortunately nothing that we can affect. We ask you to take into account the speed of the local postage service in your country when you are waiting for an order from us.
If you have not received your order 14 working days after the dispatch date from Sweden (up to 4 weeks in countries with slower postal delivery times) we ask you to first of all get in contact with your local post office. Your order is sent as a 1:st class letter with the Swedish Post Office and does not have any special reference number.

My snus has not arrived
|

How can I trace my shipment?

We send your goods as 1st class letters with the Swedish Post and these do not have any special reference number. There is thus no way to track your shipment.

I have only received a part of my shipment
|
|
If your order weighs more than 2 kg, it is split into a number of parcels with the maximum of 2 kg in each. Your parcels have all been sent at the same time but may take different amount of time to reach you. Your remaining parcels is thus on its way and should arrive shortly.

How do I order snus online?
|
To place an order, please go to Order, in the menu at the top left corner.
Here you state the quantities that you wish to order in single cans and/or 10-packs, how often you want your delivery, and the delivery address. You move on to check you order. Here you will also be presented with a list of the products you can add to our order for the same freight cost. Then you choose type of payment. You can either pay using a credit card or a bank transfer.
If you choose to pay via credit card, which s the fastest way for you to get your snus delivery, you reach a strongly encrypted credit card payment page. You can use VISA, MasterCard, EuroCard and American Express (not VISA Electron). Here you state your credit card number (all in one row without spaces), the “good through” date (month and year) and your CVC number (see the question below for a detailed description on where you find this number). Your credit card will be checked at once (this may take a few seconds to process) and you will immediately receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address that you have given us. If you chose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you an e-mail with information about how to make a bank transfer to us. You can do this from any major bank. Please note that the banks need a few days to complete an international transaction, and that the banks charge extra for this service (varies between 1,50 – 60 SKR). Ask your bank about which payment form is the cheapest for you. As soon as we have received the advance information about your payment from our bank, we will send you your order and an order confirmation. Please note that this bank transfer must be initiated within a week, otherwise this order will automatically be cancelled.

What is the CVC number?
|
|
For VISA, MasterCard and EuroCard, you find the CVC/CVV code as the last three numbers in the signature field on the back of your card. If you use American Express, the code is 4 numbers and you find it on the front of the card. See picture below.

How secure is the credit card payment?
|
We use services provided by PayEX Solutions AB to collect credit and bank card payments. PayEx Solutions AB is a subsidiary of PayEx Finance AB, which is a company operating in the credit market, under the supervision of the The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finansinspektionen.
The transfer of card information is strongly encrypted using SSL – Secure Socket Layer, with 128 bytes encryption level. Snus World Wide do not have any access to your card information since this goes directly from you to your bank.
When you order the goods at SnusWorldWide.com the purchase price is immediately reserved in your account which is connected to the card. When the goods are dispatched the amount is debited to your account.

The payment site tells me that my credit card is invalid
|

Please check that the credit card you have used is up to date (not expired), and that you have stated the correct credit card number (without spaces) and CVC number. You can use VISA, MasterCard, EuroCard and American Express (not VISA Electron).

My credit card payment is not approved
|
Please check that the credit card you have used is up to date (not expired), and that you have stated the correct credit card number (without spaces) and CVC number. You can use VISA, MasterCard, EuroCard and American Express (not VISA Electron).
The usual reason for this message is that you do not have sufficient money in your account to cover the order that you want to place. In many cases this is the result of the limit that the bank has placed on how much money you may take out of your account in any given week.
An other possible reason is that the connection with your card issuers bank is temporarily unavailable. Our payment partner, whose web site you have been working on when you entered your card number, is connected with many different computer systems around the world. If their connection with your bank is interrupted as you are about to make your payment, you receive the information that your payment could not be approved. Please try again after a few minutes. If the problem persists, please get in contact with us and we will find out why this problem has occured. For us to be able to identify the problem and get back to you as soon as possible we are most grateful for your detailed description of what has happened. E.g. what happened when you tried to order/pay? At which page did you arrive? etc. You can get in touch with us at: support@snusworldwide.com
Information from our payment partner, PayEx Solutions AB, is often very unspecific. This is a result of the confidentiality which banks and financial institutions maintain about their customers. You bank will be able to give you information about exactly why your payment was not completed.
Some card issuers do not allow their credit cards to be used over the Internet. If you suspect this might be the case with your credit card, please get in touch with your credit card issuer.
You are also welcome to pay using a bank transfer. If you would like to know more about this payment method please go to Order in the menu on the left side, enter your order number and select bank transfer as your payment method. We will then send you an e-mail with complete instructions.

I have not received any order confirmation
|

There are a number of reasons which could explain why you have not received an order confirmation:.
1) Please check that the e-mail address that you stated is spelled correctly. 2) Was your credit card payment approved? When you had stated your credit card information, did you come to a page that said: "Thank you for your order. An order confirmation has been sent to your e-mail address"? In this case, your payment has been approved and an e-mail/order confirmation has been sent to your stated e-mail address. 3) Have you paid via bank transfer? As soon as we have received the advance information about your payment from our bank, we will send you your order and an order confirmation. 4) The server that receives your e-mail may have been out of operation when our e-mail was sent. Our mail server makes new attempts to send the e-mail to you in this case, but if it after repeated tries cant deliver the e-mail it gives up, and you will not receive your order confirmation. 5) Today’s SPAM filters are sometimes a bit too efficient and your e-mail may have been placed in your SPAM folder.

I have not received the e-mail about bank transfer
|
You can request a new e-mail with the information regarding how you make a bank transfer by going to the section Your last order, that you find in the menu on the left side. Here you state your e-mail address (this must be the same as the address you used to place your last order) and you will be presented with information regarding your latest order. Here you also find a button “Send information”. Click on the button and we will send you a new e-mail with the information on how to complete your bank transfer.
You are always welcome to e-mail us at support@snusworldwide.com and we will send a new e-mail that explains how you can do the bank transfer.

Can I pay as I receive the goods?

What is the price for snus delivery to my country?

It all depends on what brand you wish to buy, the quantity, and whether it is portion type of snus or loose type of snus (different weights give different freight costs)

Why is the price on snus lower to a country that is not a member of the EU?
|
For people living within the EU, the price includes tobacco tax and Swedish VAT. Goods delivered outside the EU do not include VAT and tax. Where relevant local customs fees and local taxes must be paid by the receiver in the country of destination. Such payments are the responsibility of the receiver.

What rules regarding import of snus and tobacco apply for my country?
|
Snus World Wide have unfortunately no possibility to assist with information regarding which import rules and customs regulations apply in your country. As buyer, you are responsible for finding out all the relevant information and the regulations that apply for snus and tobacco in your country and also to pay for any customs fees, taxes and duties that may be demanded by authorities in your country.
Snus World Wide will not redeem or replace deliveries that are held or delayed by customs authorities.
