Payment with credit cards You can use your MasterCard, EuroCard, VISA or American Express for payments to us. We use the services of PayEx Solutions AB to collect payments from your credit card. PayEx Solutions AB is a subsidiary of PayEx Finance AB, which is a finance company under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Transfer of information on your credit card is encrypted using SSL - Secure Socket Layer, a 128 byte encryption system. Snus World Wide cannot store information about your card since this information goes directly from you to PayEx Solutions AB. The payment process is in accordance with the SET standard (Secure Electronic Transaction) which means that all links in the chain between you and PayEx Solutions AB are identified by a certificate and it is not possible to tamper with or read the information on your card. When the redemption process has taken place the value of the order you have placed on our website is reserved on your credit or bank account. The money is withdrawn from your account when Snus World Wide dispatches your order. Goods delivered outside the EU do not include VAT and tax. Where relevant, local customs fees and local taxes must be paid by the receiver in the country of destination. Such payments are the responsibility of the receiver. Snus World Wide will not redeem or replace deliveries that are held or delayed by customs authorities. Import of tobacco products It is the responsibility of the purchaser to find out what laws and regulations apply to the import of tobacco products to the country that the customer designates. Freight A service charge of 30 SKR for package and packing as well as the postage costs, which depend on which country you live in, is added to the price. You can see the price for postage for different weights to different countries in the table below. The prices within EU include Swedish VAT. The maximum weight for a letter is 2 kg. If you order goods that weigh more than 2 kg, the consignment will be divided into a number of packages. Our maxim at Snus World Wide is to always deliver snus of the best quality. Your order comes direct from the factory to our distribution centre and then on to you - without "sitting on the shelf". We do not have snus "in stock". This guarantees that you always receive fresh snus. Your order will be sent as soon as we receive the snus from the factories, direct to the delivery address you have stated. Please take into account that the speed of the local postage service in your country will effect the delivery time to you. Together with the Swedish Postal Service, we take responsibility for delivery to the country that you have ordered delivery to. We can not be held responsible for loss, damage or delay of the consignment, in whole or in part. Goods returned to us will not be credited.
